Any age any condition you just need to start. I've taken lessons at other places to find the right place. They don't hold a candle to Westport Pilates“

“Ioanna is a great trainer. She did correct my form a few times oops lol If you have questions just leave them a message usually someone returns your call. No front desk person. I'm guessing the trainer that hour takes care of the calls after the class is over. Solidcore is no joke you will leave sweaty n feeling like jello. Def need at least 10 classes to know what you're doing. Def do the starter50 class if you're a beginner because you will be flustered. Def can't be late not even 5 mins! So be on time“
