The food. Decisions decisions, veal osso bucolic, veal chop cut and stuffed or sea bass with cherry peppers and capers. I new the veal would be great but I couldn't get over the preparation of the bass. I live on the road and eat at very nice restaurants and this is one of them for sure. I was impressed. It has been years since I have experienced a dish as delicious as this. I sat alone at the bar. Nice quiet setting. Server was attentive and the house cab was Josh. Billy and his team just finished my driveway in Danbury. 500 feet long with a mix of asphalt, millings and native stone. they did an excellent job at a fair price. I could recommend Brenda, Cesar or Pat who are phenomenal at their craft. Every barber is above board and go with confidence leaving with a superb haircut. I go to my barber typically on a month schedule. I would advise anyone who wants to see a specific barber to use the app to schedule as they are booked up ahead of time for good reason. I have been going to Robert’s since I was a teenager. They moved out of town a while back, so I followed them to their new location in Danbury. If you’re looking for the man’s barbershop you remember from when you were younger, this is it. 80’s kids will feel right at home as you’ll often find Seinfeld, the three stooges, a baseball or hockey game on your own personal tv while you get your haircut or a hot towel shave. It’s a father and Son business and they are genuinely good people. It’s also conveniently in the middle of mill plain road which is a good “running errands” area.

Jordan at the front desk is amazing! She is friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful! Laoreta is my stylist, she is thoughtful and precise. I always ask what she thinks I should do and she will make a suggestion and it always comes out great! We talk about our kids and vacations, but she knows when I need quiet time to relax. I have visited Naomi whilst getting ready for a fitness competition and as a postpartum mother of 2. Naomi is a complete professional who is an expert at her work. Not only is she a masterful waxer and tanner, she does so with utmost grace. I came to her with what felt like a broken body and she made me feel and look like I did when I was competing. Power stopped going to my hot water heater this past week. Our usual electrician was on vacation. I found Shock Electric, and they were able to send someone out within an hour, same day! Called into axels carpet cleaning after a tenant moved out of my rental and left the carpets in rough shape. I spoke with Steve over the phone and got on the schedule quickly. I engaged Lecla to replace my roof and am genuinely glad I went with them - would highly recommend. After receiving 5 estimates, Lecla was by far the clearest about what they'd recommend doing and why, what would be in/out of scope and then worked with me to make the project fall within my budget. Eric was great - from the first site survey through the proposal process through project delivery, we kept in touch to make sure things were handled on time and it was a very smooth process. The work done was very high quality - it's apparent that the Lecla team are true roofing experts. Their referred subcontractors for masonry and electrical work were also excellent - communicative, easy to work with, and FAST! While I think I'll be getting 20-30 years out of this roof and hope not to need them again soon, if I find myself needing roofing needs before then, I'm absolutely planning on re-engaging Lecla ?would highly recommend!

Tom came out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend after I reached out at 8 am. He arrived within 2 hours, inspected the whole house and barn to see if we had other bee/wasp nests and we did. He took care of them quickly and efficiently. One was a very large yellow jacket nest that our dog could have easily gotten into. Highly recommend Tom.

The guys from Christian Tree Service did a fantastic job of taking down a huge tree in our yard, trimming numerous branches from others & trimming down an overgrown bush. The skill they displayed using the cutting & hauling equipment was impressive, as was their clean-up of our yard after they finished. I highly recommend them.
Y.O Landscaping and Painting Services and Orlando Mayen replaced the asphalt shingle roof and the old fashioned gutters and repointed the chimney of our turn of the 20th century New Haven three story home. The estimate was very reasonable and the references that Orlando provided strongly recommended Orlando's Team because of their work ethic and professionalism. We met with Orlando to review the scope of the work and clarify any questions. The construction involved removal of 2 layers of asphalt shingles and the original layer of shake shingles; installation of a plywood subsurface; and installation of facia and removal of the original integrated wood gutters. The work was timely and very clean. Orlando regularly provided updates that included images of the progress and finished work. It was very easy to communicate with Orlando. We are very satisfied with every aspect of the work that Y.O Landscaping and Paining Services provided and would readily again hire Y.O Landscaping and Painting Services for any future work.

We had such a wonderful experience at Tooth Fairy Pediatric Dentistry on Main St. in Danbury. Danielle was absolutely the best, our 4 year old was very scared, and she went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable. She even let her be an “assistant” for her 9-year-old brother, which made such a difference in calming her nerves and getting her involved. Danielle was incredibly sweet and patient. The facility is both clean and beautifully presented with treats and dog supplies. Alana did a great job with a friendly 35 pound mix and Catarina showed patience, skill and care with a senior mini who needs that special attention.

My highly anxious lab actually allowed her nails to be trimmed when multiple groomers and vets have turned her away because of her anxiety. The Driver Education Station made getting my license easy and enjoyable. The staff were all pleasant, and made what could be a stressful process anything but. When Mark had me drive for on-road training he made me feel calm and at ease. When it came to finally take the test I used what they taught me and passed easily on the first try. I know many reading this will be parents looking for a quality place for their children to learn how to drive. I went to this school almost 16 years ago, and have recommended many friends to send their children there over the years. People are so quick to go to Google to leave negative reviews, but the Driver Education Station has helped thousands of young people prepare and pass their license exam. Many don't think to leave a review then, I know I didn't. I just came on here to get the info to give to a relative looking to get their license, and figured I would leave my review from almost two decades prior!
