Omg!! She is the best dentist I have ever been to. Very experienced and definitely knowledgeable in her field!! She is patient, kin, courteous, amiable, kind and caring. She is definitely unique and I feel comfortable there unlike the dentists that I have had. The receptionist and assistant is kind!! You’re treated with respect, concern and she gives outstanding advice on teeth and gum care!! The office and bathroom are immaculate!! You feel like you’re home in your living room!! Dr Robert’s is Awesome. First time here and it was one of the best dental visits I’ve had.
I’m a very nervous person when it comes to dental work. Dr. Roberts and her staff are very welcoming and understand that their patients can be nervous at times. The whole experience for me was very calming. They prescribed some medication to calm me down, the lights were dimmed for a more calming environment, she asked what music I liked and played it on the radio, and handed me some earplugs. Dr Roberts has the special touch when it comes to giving Novacaine. Didn’t feel a thing! Overall 10 outta 10 experience! Definitely gonna keep going to Trinity dental, I highly recommend if you’re nervous they take very good care of you!
