John is my hero. No one else could duplicate the key I needed to copy because of it's odd size. John was able to do it and do it right. Highly recommend this company. The customer service is outstanding, and they stand behind their work.

Well, I'm a dip and locked myself out of my office, so had to call Accurate for an energy job. Unfortunately, they couldn't get to me in a timely window, so they called someone else and set the call in motion for me with them. Accurate did not have to go above and beyond my call to them, but they did, and I am extremely appreciative. Great customer service in my book!

I needed duplicate keys made for my Suzuki ATV and sent an email through their website. I found Chris to be exceptionally responsive. When I went to the store, Chris was very cordial and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He found the right blanks and made duplicates in a matter of minutes. I had even contacted Suzuki for original blanks. Chris took the time to explain why the original blanks won't work. I was impressed with Chris's demeanor and expertise. Accurate Lock And Safe is now my "Go-To" locksmith. I will absolutely use Accurate Lock And Safe in the future.
