Tom installed two faucets in my house a couple of months ago. Tom is a true professional. He is quite knowledgeable and experienced in his area. I was first trying to decide if I wanted to repair or replace the faucets. He gave me the correct advice that the parts are discontinued so we should just replace the faucets. After he replaced the faucets, one of them had a slight leakage problem but he returned back the very next morning and fixed the issue and explained why the issue had happened. Eversource had an Gas Outage that lasted over 1 hour to repair, as a result of that all my plumbing pipes became frozen. I call numerous of plumbing companies either they were busy or they couldn't schedule me immediately. Luckily, I took a chance with Guarded Plumbing and with one One hour they arrived. Guarded Plumbing show professionalism, empathy and more importantly knew that we w needed heat and water. I could go on and on. Looking for a professional plumbing service.
