I had an emergency and Alan from Arc-O-Rooter showed up at his earliest, he came and cleared the line, everything was working but the water was backed up to the tubs again, so he shows up again with his camera and found a big drill bit lodged deep in the pipe, gave me a very reasonable price for the job. I called arc o rooter for my parents, their kitchen sink was clogged. Guzman called and said he'd be at the house in 15 min. Indeed he was. Brought in his equipment, worked quickly and neatly. Before we knew it he was finished. We also had a discussion about dish soap and tips to keep the drain clear.
