I have been taking my dogs to Plum Trees for over 15 years and I can’t recommend them enough. The treatment my fur babies get there from Dr. Baff is wonderful. Dr. Baff truly cares about his patients (dogs and cats) and you can see it in how he works with each one of my pups. Also, have to give a shout out to the Admin staff who always do a great job and are always professional, friendly and helpful!
The entire staff at Plumtrees has been extremely kind and caring towards our animals and our family! They took us in on a Friday emergency appointment for our kitten which was showing signs of paralysis. The kittens were separated from their mother and our hands were full- it has been such a blessing and relief to have Dr. Baff and his staff involved and enthusiastic about our Beautiful Tabby’s recovery. While writing this, Tabby has shown significant improvement and movement in his legs :) we look forward to bringing the rest of the herd !
Top-quality veterinarians and staff. They cared for our dogs as if they were their own, showing genuine compassion every step of the way. During end-of-life care, they were especially kind, respectful, and supportive in an incredibly difficult moment. Even when I became overwhelmed and emotional as my dog was passing, they remained calm, patient, and understanding. I’m truly grateful for the care they provided.
