“My father stayed in my home for 4 months after his release from a rehab facility and we chose Synergy home care to assist with his daily needs. The whole process was great and the people were easy to work with. We had an initial visit to access his needs and then we received a call from Sada to get scheduling and seek out the right fit for my dad. We had to make many scheduling changes throughout his stay and some were even very last minute due to family schedules. My dad was an able bodied man prior to becoming a paraplegic and this whole process was new to us all. The aids were very mindful and attentive to his needs. Elynese was his main care giver through the day and she was above and beyond amazing. My dad really enjoyed her company and attention to detail. We also had Shayena and she was very helpful with last minute coverage needs. It was important to us to have consistency and that’s what Synergy in Danbury provided. We also had a few other aids during the last few weeks Bella, Harley and Nicole that assisted with our ever changing scheduling needs-they were great! Overall I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for a care agency with reliable and caring people. My dad, myself and family couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for everything.
