Service with Phil Ziegler is beyond just good, although he is clearly very busy, he took extra time with us to help us understand what needed to be done with our moth eaten oriental carpets. We were devastated over the damage the carpet moths did but Phil set us on the right track with cleaning and anti-moth treatments. More so he picked up and delivered our rugs in a timely manner. We are most happy with the results and with his excellent customer service.
