“WOW! I am so impressed! I am a brand new patient to Dr.Lauren Yoon. Her warmth and kindness in evaluating my vision was not only thorough, but she took her time, listened to my concerns and reassure me regarding my eye health. With decades of tenure in her expertise, Dr. Yoon clearly still loves what she does, and her enthusiasm was contagious! The entire practice was so friendly and helpful! From my initial call and speaking with Terrance; his professionalism, kindness and friendliness was so appealing! He even called me back immediately, as there was a cancellation and I was dealing with severe headaches! He listened to my need, and made me his priority in being evaluated and treated. Christine spent time to help me identify the right fit, color and style of my new glasses, and again, she was such a delight! Made me feel like I was important, and gave me her undivided time and attention. She is super kind as well and was empathetic to what I was experiencing.
Today, I returned to pick up my new pair of glasses, and was greeted by three beautiful smiles and sincere interest to helping me as soon as I walked in! They complimented how my new glasses looked on, followed by reassurance, and if I needed anything at all- adjustments made, etc., that is all part of what you can experience as a patient of Dr. Wong & Associates!
Customer service, kindness & bedside manner of this caliber is so worthy of recognition and praise! Thank you for making my experience from start to finish so incredibly excellent!

“I came in for an adjustment and pickup of some new glasses. Jason greeted me as soon as I walked in. I’ve been purchasing glasses my entire 60 years and know one has ever told me that I’ve been purchasing glasses with too long of temples and that’s why I always have problems with the glasses slipping down my nose.

Jason was amazing!! He was able to shorten the temples/arms right while I sat there and thy are perfect!!
