Jo genuinely cares about your hair’s health—she’s not just providing a service, she’s taking care of you. I once went somewhere else and came back with damaged hair, and Jo carefully worked around it using a blow-dry technique that protected my hair. She dedicated her whole day to making sure it was treated the right way, and made me feel confident and happy with my hair again.
I travel 1hr and 30min just to see her, and she is absolutely worth every minute and every dollar.
