Justin was great. Quick and professional furnace filter install and even went above and beyond giving me useful information and removing builder debris left behind! Amazing service!!!!
Matt did a very good job replacing the water heater unit for us, giving me a detailed explanation about my options with clear explanation of the process, cost of time and labor and the unit itself. Very respectful and considerate young man. I highly recommend Matt and Service Stars as they always reach out to you within less than a hour of the first call.
Jack was very helpful. He came out the same day, got me up and running with heat again, quoted me several options and made recommendations based on his findings, he also was very thorough in his inspection and great with helping me understand exactly what needed to be done immediately and what to look out for in the near future.
