My story should give inspiration to anyone who thinks, “Can I start ballet as an adult?” Or “I’m not in flexible or in good shape!” I returned to ballet at the age of 48 years, after a 35 year hiatus, following serious surgery. I remembered very little of my childhood training but the enthusiasm and positive support from Linda, the founder of the studio, was infectious from the moment we connected on the phone and I was quickly hooked. After 24 years I have studied with all the teachers, each wonderful in their own way and consistently superb in their ability to teach, and I have gained a group of friends, many of whom have continued to dance together at this studio for decades. The children’s training is outstanding; the adult program unique. If you are considering taking a ballet class yourself or looking for a studio for your child, come check out FAB. Damien Kessler is a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer who has a variety of techniques to achieve ones fitness goals.I was looking for a personal trainer because I wanted someone to motivate me and Damien has provided me with the right motivation to get me on track in doing what I need to do. The workouts are tough, but he has a very positive attitude and he always knows what to do to keep my head in the game. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to find a personal trainer. I am very happy with the results and I always look forward to my sessions!

The advice and care provided have definitely saved one of my elderly cats who continues to be happy and healthy. Will continue going here with my current and future kitties.
