“My husband had a chance conversation with Mike ( service manager)at the gas station and asked him what would be involved in our small project. He took time ,explained gave him contact info and within a few days we had project completed. We had whole house water filter installed by Ken and Dillon. Both were neat timely honest friendly but professional and clearly skilled. They explained how to care for system and left replacement filter with info. What a difference this installation has made in our system. We are very pleased .Making an appointment and getting estimate was prompt and easy and efficient. “This review is long overdue! A couple weeks ago in the heat wave our system, installed by Barry in 2006, seemed not to be cooling well. In short I called the office , knowing he must be swamped, to get in line. Literally with in 45 min. I was called and told Barry would be in Litchfield soon. We were not home but were able to let him in remotely and in 20 min.he had us recharged and cooling. But the main reason this is overdue is small issues have occurred over the 19 years since he installed our system and every time Barry has arrived the same day to service his customer! Thanks Barry!!“

“I had a fantastic experience with the dryer vent cleaning service. If Landucci Heating & Cooling, wants to stand out, they should provide technicians like Mark. He was polite, he showed me photos of the dryer vent before and after cleaning, and the difference was unbelievable. My dryer dries clothes quicker, and the whole dryer vent system feels safer. I will definitely call them again.“
