“King Energy is a fantastic company to work with. We had our ground source heat pump replaced in April. The King Energy team came to our home and performed an inspection of our 17-year-old heat pump. After the inspection we discussed what options we had. The discussion was very up-front and rational. Within 24 hours we had a quote in writing. Having previously done our homework, we accepted their quote. King Energy agreed to perform the work the following week. The crew showed up as scheduled and replaced the heat pump and the hot water heater. They also flushed the coolant in the ground water system.
