I have mixed feelings about this company. I have no problem with the propane delivery business being sold to high grade. They are fine.
The problem is with preferred/violette mechanical’s installation business. The two sons seem to do all the installation work and they will show up at the beginning of the job and you will never see anyone again until the bitter end when it’s almost too late and the inspector is showing up the next day. It was a painful experience to say the least. I had no problem with any other subs on my home remodel except for these guys. Excellent and knowledgeable service across the board! The staff makes sure to communicate with you about timing and expectations. Always a pleasure to work with them!
Always have had a great experience working. A lot of companies have just one truck and no storage. This company has a 180,000 gallons of storage and 5 propane trucks on top of their Oil trucks.
Provide full service for customers that had them do their installation. The old "service what you sell" commitment!

One of the few strong family businesses remaining in the Propane world. The children and other family members are all involved everyday working with customers solving any problem.
