The crew showed up as scheduled and replaced the heat pump and the hot water heater. They also flushed the coolant in the ground water system. This helped us understand how to operate and maintain our new system. They also guided us in getting a rebate from the electric company. In summary, King Energy provided us with the knowledge, both from a technical and financial standpoint, that we had made a good decision.
