Thursday at 7pm my wife and I come to the startling realization that our furnace is broken. With “record setting” cold temps expected in a couple days I was extremely concerned. My wife scrambled to the internet and frantically starts searching “local hvac company” and then filters past the crooks… I mean aiello and harp. And finds a helpful Reddit thread.
This Reddit thread was gushing about hygrade and so I googled them and saw they were open for another hour and just called immediately.

Overwhelmed with the honesty and integrity of the company. They are very responsive to calls for help. They only fix what is necessary and minimize the cost. I am so impressed with the owner, Steve Clark, . You can trust them to fix your furnace,and air conditioning equipment.
I have used Hygrade for both installation and repair of several heating and cooling units over the years, and I cannot say enough good things about them.I respectfully disagree with the critical comments. On multiple occasions other contractors comment about how precise and professional our installation was.What prompts this review is that we had our air conditioner break down during a heatwave, and Hygrade was gracious enough to squeeze us in and come out the same day to fix it.
