Called Rapid Service about a failed sump pump. They replaced both old pedestal pumps with submersible pumps and corrected the discharge pipes. Andy and Ryan did a great job. Looks great and I no longer have to worry about freezing pipes outside. They are knowledgeable and precise in the work they do. Would highly recommend.

Rapid service has amazing customer service. Technicians Andy and Ryan were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and kind. They met our needs during and after hours answering our questions and addressing our concerns. Rapid Service came out on a Sunday, when most other service would not entertain a weekend call. Great communication from the office through to the crew showing up. Once they arrived there was an excellent & thorough diagnosis of the problem. Andy & Ryan were able to assess what previous (failed) repair attempts were made by another company & properly isolate where the problem actually was. They then methodically worked the problem & explained what they were doing step by step, along with keeping me informed of potential costs/risks. They even did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. Very happy with the quality of service & would absolutely not hesitate to call them again in the future!
