They were able to come and do the installation earlier than expected. “Boudreau Plumbing & Heating just left my house. There was a problem with the installation of my mini-splits that had been done by a different company, and I had no heat. It was a complicated mess that needed a lot of debugging. Boudreau were excellent. They knew what they were doing and they fixed everything. Best of all, they did quality work.

I’m a handyman. I know the difference between quality work, barely good enough work, and shoddy work. Most contractors I deal with overcharge for shoddy work. Not Boudreau. I was VERY pleased with them, and will happily call them again if there is ever another problem with my HVAC system.

I really don’t know if they’re the cheapest price around, because that’s not what I was looking for. I wasn’t shopping around for price, I was shopping around for knowledge and quality of work. Joe detected what the problem was, ordered the part and later found out it was going to take a few days to get here. This was Joe's day off and I was very grateful to him and I would've needed to go into the weekend without a furnace.
