The care and incredible therapy I have received and worked on over the last year with Dr Kyle and the other therapists at Elevate have been incredibly life saving to me. The care is personalized. One on one with your Doctor of PT. My recovery would never have come along this far after a year without the professionalism and incredible therapy- which required hard work- without Elevate. I am a former marathon runner and athlete so it was very important to me to work hard with the best after a freak ski accident. Elevate has been a major factor in my recovery and I am so thankful for their amazing positive support and pushing me to get back to the best I can be.“

The same positive energy is reflected in the gym's atmosphere, which makes a big difference while you're getting in shape there. All my workouts were tailored to my needs, and I truly appreciated that. The gym is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained. Ali and Micah always patiently responded to all my concerns and questions in detail, as did my fantastic trainers, Divya and Jorge, who did a great job at training me. Even though I had to terminate my membership early due to a personal health emergency, I gained a lot of knowledge in the short period of time, which I aim to implement in my workouts in the future. Paul has developed a routine for me that includes cardio warm-ups, bodyweight exercises, core workouts, and weight training, all complemented by his helpful diet advice. Not only do I feel fitter and stronger, but my tennis game has also improved--I can hit harder and play longer without getting winded. I’ve put off exercising for most of my life. I never particularly enjoyed working out and could never stick with it. When I finally decided it was time to find a trainer, I knew I needed more than just workouts I needed guidance with my diet, my routines, and my overall lifestyle and happiness. From the very start, Shawn has been everything I was looking for and more. He has me tracking my sleep, my meals, and even focusing on mental health. As a recent empty nester, I was feeling somewhat lost and unsure of my purpose after so many years of raising my kids. Not only did I avoid exercise for years, but I also put off addressing my mental health and overall life satisfaction. Shawn has helped me tackle both. What sets him apart is that my training sessions go far beyond exercise. We review my sleep quality (he introduced me to the Oura ring), my nutrition, and we work on quality-of-life goals. For the first time, I’ve been asked to reflect on my passions and how to pursue them. The best part is that he doesn’t just talk about it, he holds me accountable. We literally sat down and made a list of things I might want to try, and he follows up with me about those piano lessons I mentioned or the flower arranging class I wanted to take. The results have already been quite impressive. In only 3 months I can see a notable change and I think this may be the first time ever that I am not hiding behind a cover up or shorts at the beach , I have more energy and focus than ever. Shawn has helped me understand that it isn’t just about “exercising”, sleep, nutrition, and pursuing passions are all part of the equation. He keeps every session interesting, and his compassion and genuine love for what he does make all the difference. He’s always exploring and doing deep dives into a wide variety of health and fitness topics, and he’s introduced me to many valuable tools and anti-aging practices. I highly recommend Shawn, for the price of a trainer I also have a nutritionist and life coach!“
