I have been going to Strive 11 Fitness for almost 1.5 years. This place is amazing with extra enthusiastic trainer. They make sure to push you to achieve your fitness goals. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. The gym has really good vibes. I feel better when I go there after my stressful day at work. Thank you Nick, Devon and Matt for always helping me for making the best version of myself. ?

Definitely recommend trying out this gym! When I was shopping for a gym/circuit training class, I wanted something flexible that could work with my schedule. I hated going on a set time or day and if you were late, you would either interrupt the class or join the next class. Here at strive, you start right when you go in. They offer a variety of exercises and they correct your form to prevent injury. Additionally, they can modify the workouts to support your needs.The trainers there are positive and always there to push you to do your best. Sometimes it's the push you need so you can go an extra mile.

I just joined this gym a day ago, but I can tell I’ll be sticking around. I love the versatile exercises, encouraging trainers and bumpin music. You can reach your goals if you stick to it, and prioritize your health. Happy I found this local gym !
