After just three months of training with Paul twice a week (and once a week on my own), I'm down 12 pounds and seeing actual muscle tone--six-pack, here I come. How? Paul has developed a routine for me that includes cardio warm-ups, bodyweight exercises, core workouts, and weight training, all complemented by his helpful diet advice. Not only do I feel fitter and stronger, but my tennis game has also improved--I can hit harder and play longer without getting winded. He explains techniques clearly and makes sure we practice them the right way. Not just fast. The gym isn’t fancy but it has everything we need and you can tell people there take training seriously. Sometimes the workouts are tough but the coach always pushes us because he wants us to get better. I’ve already learned a lot and I feel more confident every week.“

“Impact One Fitness was just the personal-training gym I was looking for. Ali, Micah, and their entire team--Jorge, Thomas, and Divya--are excellent at what they do, and very knowledgeable each one is. They are not only thorough professionals but also good people with a good heart and positive energy. The same positive energy is reflected in the gym's atmosphere, which makes a big difference while you're getting in shape there. All my workouts were tailored to my needs, and I truly appreciated that. The gym is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained. Ali and Micah always patiently responded to all my concerns and questions in detail, as did my fantastic trainers, Divya and Jorge, who did a great job at training me. Even though I had to terminate my membership early due to a personal health emergency, I gained a lot of knowledge in the short period of time, which I aim to implement in my workouts in the future. I highly recommend Impact One Fitness for your fitness goals--the team here works with sheer integrity and professionalism (and smiles). :-)“
