The Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu classes are both really fun, and I’ve learned a lot since I started. It’s a good place whether you want to learn self-defense, get in shape, or just pick up a new hobby. Everyone’s friendly and the environment is really welcoming. I’d definitely recommend checking it out.“

“Great private gym. Tucked away behind a AAA towing office at the back of a nicely kept commercial occupancy. Down a long driveway located towards the rear with limited parking for about 8 cars. Very clean and friendly staff (DJ). I went there for a kids strength and conditioning class for an hourly session. Great for kids and highly recommended.“
