I had a very good experience. The staff and the veterinarians that work here are amazing and very helpful. They way the appointments are set help you don’t feel rushed and they actually do a full exam on your fur babies. They answers your questions and after your appointment you don’t leave feeling unsure about the visit going on with your fur baby. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be going back.
I just want to thank the staff at PVC! Oso was so nervous for his nailtrim but Morgan and Robert? (Dont recall his name) made oso so comfortable. My oso is usually such an anxious wiggle worm but they gave him so much time and space that he didn't even cry. Thank you to Julianna who booked my appointment last min (I guess they just opened). But thank you all and I'm happy I found a better vet. Hello Dr. Ryan!
Poet had a great experience: she's very uneasy about new settings, but everybody made her feel entirely safe and loved ?? True Professionals and Protectors, Real Guardian Angels!!I also have anxieties loll and the receptionist, nurses, and doctor melted all of them away. The place is filled with warm, beautiful faces ☀️Poet's eye is all better, it healed almost immediately!! The eye drops helped, but more than anything Poet was healed by your Love.
