Julio is really fantastic! We had an insane experience in house we rented after just a few nights here. Came down from shower and downstairs flooding from unused toilet...absolutely horrible. Filthy water pouring out of toilet into living room, kitchen, laundry area...I've never seen that happen! Found Julio while frantically trying to mop up water. He directed me how to find water shut off for house as shut off under toilet wasn't stopping flow...he got here quickly and did a VERY thorough examination of whole situation...bad pipes, big clog in line far from toilet...had camera ready and used to see into lines. If his great personality isn't enough for you to call him (and it IS!), then his expertise, professionalism, skill and knowledge should seal the deal. Very smart, thorough and charming! They responded quickly, explained what was happening and the different fixes available, were very competitively priced, cleaned up the backyard when they were done, and did a beautiful job replacing everything. They stayed late on the last day of work to make sure everything was completed and put back before the rainstorm. Luis and Nick were great guys – very professional, friendly, and responsive. And when they came across an unexpected problem with one of the trees, they fixed the issue without charging me more, despite the extra hours they had to spend working on it.

Not only Mr. Silvia’s is competent but professional and had my kitchen sink unclogged for a rate that’s better than anyone in the area…and I called many!!! Had two trees trimmed and have to say Kings Tree Service was exceptional in the work their crew did today. Very reasonable for the work done too. Cleaned up so well afterwards, wouldn't even know they were here, except for the great job of trimming front and backyard trees. And very nice fellows too! I love this place! I never even have to request a certain massage therapist because they’re all so good! The quality of the massage is comparable to massages at high - end spas but for a quarter of the price- maybe even less! The women are all so polite and truly know how to give a proper massage.
