I don’t usually write reviews, but the Restore Tactics team, owned by James Duran, truly went above and beyond to solve a stressful and serious issue with our main sewer line. It started with the sounds of gurgling toilets and led to a nightmarish discovery of a severe root infiltration from our front yard tree. After another plumbing company initially started the job, my friend recommended James and his crew. From the beginning, the customer service was outstanding. James dropped by to investigate the problem and assured us they could fix it for a price within our already stretched budget.
The Restore Tactics team showed up on Saturday, the next day. James, Robert, Eric, Raymond, Agustin, and Oscar were courteous, arrived on time, were well-equipped, and ready to work. They carefully inspected the line using a camera, gently and slowly cut through the tree root obstructions, removed a part of the sidewalk, repaired and replaced the damaged pipes, and explained everything thoroughly and clearly. The repair was an enormous undertaking, but they worked efficiently, respectfully, and with evident expertise.
I appreciated their commitment to solving the problem and alleviating the stressful situation; they always cleaned the area thoroughly when they were done for the day. After digging and repairing the immense issue, they restored the yard by refilling the holes, reseeding the grass, and replacing the concrete slab in the sidewalk. They also provided a separate cleanout for easy access from the front yard. The pricing was more than reasonable and transparent; they never pressured us. But what was most impressive was their kindness and consideration for the community; James and his team wanted to help us.
I’m beyond grateful for Restore Tactics and will call them again if I have any plumbing issues.
As a parent, I was also amazed by how James took the time to bring his young son for a few visits and explained how they would solve the situation.

She somehow made me look naturally gorgeous without overdoing it. My lip lines were perfectly shaped (something I could never pull off myself), and she brought out my features in such a soft, effortless way. I have been coming to this nail salon for about a year now since I moved to the area, and it is truly the only nail salon I go to. They are always so friendly, welcoming, and walk-in friendly. I am almost always taken in right away, which I really appreciate.
I have had gel manicures and pedicures, acrylic full sets, and dip powder, and every single service has been great. The quality is very consistent, and my gel lasts well over a month (yes, I know that sounds wild—but life gets busy 😂). When I finally get in, it is always worth it.
The callus treatment and hot towels are such a nice touch and make the experience feel relaxing every time. If you are looking for a reliable nail salon with great service and consistent quality, I highly recommend this place.

I tried patronizing this business today, and I was told to come back in an hour. I don't have an hour to spare. I guess the phone call was more important than a customer.

I called Ed at all ways plumbing after discovering a burst pipe under my kitchen sink that was flooding my cabinets and floor. He immediately took my call seriously and dispatched a plumber within the hour. The plumber arrived quickly, shut off the water, replaced the damaged pipe, and checked for any additional leaks to prevent future issues. He was extremely professional, clean, and took the time to explain what caused the pipe to burst. My kitchen was back to normal the same day!
