“I had an appointment window of 1-3 PM. The serviceman didn't show until after 6:30 PM. So, I wasn't a happy camper about that. But as far as the service itself goes, BEN MACIEL was a very nice, helpful, courteous serviceman. He came to do a yearly servicing of our air conditioning. And whatever he did, I can honestly say I don't remember our air conditioning ever being as cold as it is now, and seeming to reach into areas of the house that it hadn't before. So, I'm very pleased with the servicing itself. Not too much with the scheduling. So I'm giving it 5 stars because of the quality of the service, which is most important, but if there were a separate rating for scheduling, I would give it 1 star.“
