“John installed an A/C for me ten years ago. This was after another person installed one that broke down immediately. John was just starting in his business of Aire Comfort and did an outstanding job of installing the new unit. I feel that he is very honest and does his best to do a good job. Called him after ten years to look into servicing the unit. I will follow up with further info when he determines what the unit needs for servicing. He called me back the next day and discussed what could be wrong with the unit. He will come out and determine what the unit may need. I trust him to do an exemplary job.“

“The crew of Gold Coast Air Conditioning were great! When we first moved into our home in Ventura we didn't really need air conditioning. Maybe 3 or 4 days out of the year. Forty years later the weather has changed and we sure do need it now!! Everyone at Gold Coast Air was pleasant, hard working, efficient and professional. “This company is not your average HVAC company. I can’t say enough good things about All-Aire. The visit started like any other. Diagnosed the issue. Explained all the options. Usual quote that I couldn’t afford. Heres the kicker. I am an avid DIYer and believed I could fix it myself. When I pitched it to the tech he was very open to the idea and even gave me pointers. I still ended with a decent bill, but it could have been really bad if I had called someone else. Long story short. I was able to fix the issue and they serviced my unit and I am back in ice cold conditions. Thank you so much All-Aire. I highly recommend using them.“

“I recently had my AC Unit reinstalled after my backyard pavers were completed, but there was a huge time gap between the two. The disconnection happened about two months ago and it took a bit to get my backyard pavers project going/completed. However, VACCO was incredibly quick with getting my AC unit reinstalled even with the long delay between the two. Both teams (led by Jamie and Kimo) were incredibly professional. I had no issues with them whatsoever. They answered all questions, were quick to respond and coordinate meet/work times, and were open, honest, and respectful with all interactions, questions, and information. I had a change order since moving my AC unit would have put my home/unit out of City regulations, and that interaction was open and respectful from the get go. They didn't just give me what I want, knowing that it would be wrong, but were honest and looking to the best interest of the customer. Hands down would recommend the company and same work crews for any AC unit work to anyone in Ventura county!“
