What can I say other than you better keep Mike in your employ. He is personable, efficient and talks to you so you will understand even though it’s a topic you’re not familiar with. Out of 10 I would give him a 9.99. Always room for improvement.
We had Brogan come to service our water heater as part of our membership- he was on time, had great communication and made sure everything was put back when he was done. He also showed me something that needs to replaced so he sent me an estimate!
UPDATE. We are in the monthly a/c/furnace plan and AirWorks had sent us a txt that it was time for our check up. Great communication - smooth setup. Mike was out for our check up yesterday. Our original a/c system Kevin initially installed is 20 years old now and Mike found we needed a new part. Prepped a quote and installed. Yes! Our system is now quieter and we are set for the heat.
