“Jesus Morales is the Service Technician that showed to work on the unit and fix the problem. I received a text that he was on his way and he pulled up within 5 minutes. Extremely clean and well dressed in a uniform and the vehicle was brightly wrapped with the company name. He was quick to find the problem and immediately gave me a price and didn't try to push anything on me. He worked quickly and efficiently and made sure to test the system inside the house while answering my questions. Afterwards he showed me on his phone things that I might want to keep an eye on in the near future.
Great experience and I would recommend him and the overall service 110% without hesitation.”

“I had an appointment window of 1-3 PM. The serviceman didn't show until after 6:30 PM. So, I wasn't a happy camper about that. But as far as the service itself goes, BEN MACIEL was a very nice, helpful, courteous serviceman. He came to do a yearly servicing of our air conditioning. And whatever he did, I can honestly say I don't remember our air conditioning ever being as cold as it is now, and seeming to reach into areas of the house that it hadn't before. So, I'm very pleased with the servicing itself. Not too much with the scheduling. So I'm giving it 5 stars because of the quality of the service, which is most important, but if there were a separate rating for scheduling, I would give it 1 star.”
