“Our heating system broke down, appropriately when we experienced a cold spell at the beginning of the year. I found Acosta online and called to get the problem fixed. A technician was sent out almost immediately - e-mail confirmation with name and his picture. An hour later he showed up, examined the problem and informed us that the system was over 30 years old and (very true) he could try to fix it but there was no guarantee how long it would last and above all California would not allow such fixes any more after 2028 (safety concerns). It would be better to get a new system (also more energy efficient), We agreed and got a price quote within an hour. We surveyed two other quotes and Acosta's was the best. We accepted and installation began the next day. Two vans showed up and 4 technicians stormed out and started - like a military special task team - everyone new what to do. In no time old furnace and compressor where dismantled and hauled away. It took two days and a top of the line Samsung heat pump was installed and running - actually only discretely humming and incredibly efficiently heating and now cooling the house. An incredible difference from what we had before. Consultation, service, pricing and job performance of ACOSTA were just outstanding.
