We were previously using another HVAC company and had even purchased a monthly maintenance plan with them. Our AC condensation collector ended up overflowing causing major damage to our floors. The company we normally use wasn’t available right away, so we ended up calling All Toasty after hearing about their great reviews. They sent guys out the same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They also installed a back flow device to prevent this from happening again. All of the work was reasonably priced. Alan did a terrific job as usual. Does a great job explaining what he did and updating me on the condition of my system. I couldn't be happier with his work and the company in general. A maintenance agreement is the only way to go to keep your system in tip top shape.
