“On the coldest day of the year, our furnace stopped working. We placed a call to John's Heating & Air at 4:30 pm and a technician was at our house by 7:30 pm. Our furnace is old and parts are hard to find, but they had found a gas valve and had it fixed by 3:30 pm the next day. We are now shopping for a new furnace, and John's Heating & Air will definitely be first on our list of providers.“

It blew cold when we wanted hot and vice versa and at the worst of times. We called All Toasty and within a couple of hours they give us a first class courtesy call with the solution achieved within ten minutes.
