Where do I start, David D. called and asked if he could arrive earlier that scheduled, He arrived at the time he said he would, took his time and explained the procedure he would be doing and answered all my questions. Upon completion of the unit maintenance he went over all his findings and recommendations. Very pleased with his professionalism and quality of work.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Sr. Tech Felipe and Tech in Training Jesse where dispatch yesterday to fix a reoccurring leak in my A/C unit that Nexgen installed 4 years ago. This leak has been a reoccurring issue, which of course only exposes itself when it rains. In the past the techs would never go into the attic to look at the unit but instead just slap some black sealant on the exterior of the unit on the seam where the unit meets the platform, which over the course of the year the sealant dries, cracks and we have the leak issue all over again.After hearing my story and watching a video of the water leaking into my attic, Felipe went up in the attic to get a full assessment of the situation,...read full review

So before summer hits, I thought I might have my AC serviced. Called nexgen AC heating and plumbing. From the call from the office to the follow up calls, and the technician that came out was outstanding service.Justin what is my technician that came out and he was phenomenal. From then moment he parked, walked up with a smile, introduced himself and before he started on his walk-through he explained to me what he would be doing. Through his inspection he was showing me exactly what was going on and how to prevent end give my system longevity. All his recommendations were reasonable and made complete sense.
