During our semi annual maintenance, Serge, the technician made us aware of a situation that needed attention, sooner rather than later. When a tech says this, you really need to listen. Don’t chance it. We’re so glad we took care of it. Plus he gave us various tips on optimizing the use of our heating unit. We’ve been with Stuart Rose Heating well over 22 years.

Our house was in need of a whole HVAC system upgrade, including new attic ducting, two new air conditioners, and two furnaces. We had three companies come and give us quotes since it was such a big job. Jake was honest and knowledgeable about the different systems, and he didn't give off a shady salesman vibe - he just knows the equipment and what he's talking about. He reviewed different options for our home and his recommendations, but never in a pushy way at all. We were originally quoted five days to get the whole job done, but the team was done in three!
