Just finished our second job with Air Force Air Conditioning and Heating. We had them out 2 years ago to replace the condenser unit for our upstairs system, I must have forgotten to give a 5-star Google review then. This week they completed a second job by replacing the condenser unit for our downstairs portion, and run a new coil line for it. Both visits have been very professional, estimates have been received quickly and priced appropriately. The installation crews for both jobs have also been beyond A+, taking their time to do both jobs right and having a pride in their workmanship. We called a couple of companies but they did not respond or responded very late. However, Air Force A/C responded immediately, and the Operations Manager Tom was at our house the next day checking out what we needed, which was an entire new system. He quoted us a price and offered to do the job that weekend. He brought a team over, there were at least 6 of them the first day and 4 the second. These people knew what they were doing and did a fabulous job of taking down the old and installing the new. Courteous, knowledgeable, explained what they were doing, and just a pleasure to have here to do the work. We would certainly recommend them with the highest recommendation....read full review
Ernest Valencia came out for a preventive maintenance call and not only solved our issue with poor airflow in the upstairs bedrooms, he even recharged our entire system. Now the AC is blowing like we’re in the Arctic! ❄️
Not only is he amazing at his job, he’s also one of the nicest service professionals I’ve ever met. I highly recommend Air Force, and if you can, definitely ask specifically for Ernest. :)
