“These guys came out and saved my life when quite a few other businesses would not for oddly very different reasons. I got a great deal on a secondhand Samsung French door fridge which incidentally is the best refrigerator/freezer I've ever had handsdown, but then it seemed the icemaker was only producing 6-8 icecubes per day at the height of summer! So they sent their guy out in a timely manner, he evaluated everything and told me there was a good chance a replacement icemaker might work so I agreed, it was ordered and he installed it 3-4 days later and VOILA! By the end of 6 hours it was already chockfull of ice! I'm so happy as their price was reasonable & even with this one repair cost, my fridge is still a complete score!! Thanks so much you guys!!“

“U.S. Air is great. Sean scheduled us quickly and was super easy to work with. Even when I stalled for a few months. When I was ready, he was ready. Installation was quick. I was heating and cooling myself by the evening. Yes, being in LA I do sometimes use both in the same day. His worker even remembered to bring me back the parking pass at the end of the day. No one remembers to do that! U.S. Air had very reasonable prices as well.“

“Keith and his team saved the day! Our AC went out on a hot day and he was there the next day first thing in the AM. Came on a Sunday and did not charge a weekend or ER bogus fee. I was nervous we'd need a new unit, but Keith and his team assured me it will be ok and they are not ones to gouge people. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem for less than $500. “Last Friday evening, my ancient wall heater (at least 60 years old), which until then had been working perfectly, just stopped working. Over the next several days, I talked to many heater repair businesses - both private individuals and large companies, about possibly coming out and either repairing my old heater, or installing a new one. Not one of them would help. So we spent many days and nights using only the fireplace to keep the house livable. I finally came across ATA Heating and A/C. One phone call was all it took. The Tech I spoke to asked me to send him a photo of the heater and the area of the heater he wanted to see. It took him about 2 minutes to figure out what the problem was and told me what part I needed to fix the heater. I picked up the part he suggested, installed it and my heater is now working again. The fact he knew so much about old, may I say, antique, heater was amazing to me, but what was even more amazing was that being as busy as he was and unable to come to my house for a couple of days, he took the time to talk me through a repair so I could get my heater working ASAP. The repair that I undertook was relatively simple and since I have an extensive background in electronics and electrical circuits, it was easy for me to complete. I do not recommend that anyone without the proper knowledge and training attempt such a repair. Many Thanks to ATA Heating & A/C for their knowledge and willingness to help when literally no one else I talked to would.“

He installed two air conditioners for us, each of which he had to carry up two flights of stairs from our building's basement. He was quick, pleasant, efficient and neat, and when he was through, he explained exactly what he'd done and how to undo it if we ever moved and needed to take our units with us.“

“I literally suffered from extreme and severe allergies for all the years of living in our house. I had allergies before in previous homes but in our current home they were off the charts!!! ?I chronically lived on Benadryl, had a non stop runny nose and cough. I was miserable and just figured that was my life. My darling husband wanted to find an answer to help my situation and I he called Comfort Heroes. They came out and checked our system entirely. They recommended total replacement of the old duct system to be replaced with a new high tech system that included a special filter system and a maintenance plan. Apparently, it would make the inside air cleaner than highly filtered hospital air?I didn’t even know my man was doing all this and honestly when they arrived to do the work, I didn’t think it would help. Once they installed the new ducts and put in their super Duper associated filter system, my allergies were completely eliminated!!!! Like a MIRACLE!!!!! I noticed a drastic difference within a few days!!! I’m completely off Benadryl, have no other symptoms at all!!! I’m literally ecstatic??????? We are having our first maintenance today and they team is ? pro and sweet!!! SO HAPPY!!! 10000 stars!!!“

“Casino heating and air-conditioning is absolutely the best! After our AC broke down during a massive heat spell, I got the runaround from a whole list of manufacturer-authorized repair people. None of them would honor the warranty that was in place. So I called Casino. Even though they couldn't cover the warranty because they don't handle that specific manufacturer, the price was unbelievably fair and he was able to come out the same day! Dan, the owner, was honest, professional, and had our AC working within 10 minutes! They don't get any better than Casino!“
