I was referred to Phend from a coworker who was happy with their work. We needed our ducts replaced because they were old, dirty, falling apart and not efficient. Dave was responsive to my phone calls and came out for a free estimate. His price was in line with what I expected it to be. They replaced the entire duct system in my house and helped balance the system to direct heat/AC to the rooms I needed. Over the last week we had our annual SD heat wave and of course, our AC konks out. With a 2 hear old at home and two old dogs, oh and that whole pandemic thing going on, we didn't have a choice to go hang out somewhere else until it cooled down. So we called up Dave and his team and they fixed it in no time! Dave is a consummate professional. He was quick and affordable. I will gladly use Dave Phend Heating and Air for any of my HVAC needs.
