We had a great experience with this air conditioning repair company! Technician Roman was incredibly informative and professional throughout the entire process. He was focused on getting our unit repaired as quickly as possible and made sure we were kept in the loop while waiting for the necessary part to arrive.

What really stood out was that we were never pressured into upgrading our system or purchasing anything we didn’t need—just the part required to fix the issue. Roman Petrosian is the HVAC whisperer! He quickly diagnosed the problem, resolved it and even installed a new control panel within minutes. He is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable about all things heating and cooling.
