I have now used Big City twice. Both times the technicians arrived a few minutes early- amazing!! Both technicians were fast, very knowledgeable, and their prices were reasonable. The first time they repaired a microwave and then today they repaired a refrigerator and an air conditioning unit. In the same appointment!! Would highly recommend.
I had dryer broken belt and Vatalii came and fixed it. He's very thorough and explained everything he did. The only thing I noticed is the dryer is making more loud noise than before. Other than that I appreciated his time
Russel was extremely professional in helping me figure out if there was a gas leak from our oven. He confirmed that everything was fine and there were no leaks anywhere. He even showed me his gas tool and went over each aspect of the oven and gas lines with me to ensure us that everything was in working order. He was Very nice and worked in a timely manner. Plus, he arrived on time of his scheduled appointment. I would highly recommend him and his company again for any heating and AC issues.
