“Wyatt and his team just finished at our home, and they were excellent. Smart-Air Repair Seal Beach gave us a great service special, and the visit also included a camera inspection that helped explain the condition of our heater and air ducts. Our newer home only had light dust in the ductwork, but the main problem was mold caused by unsealed ducts. Wyatt clearly explained that warm attic air and moisture were getting into the open duct joints, which can lead to mold growth and reduced heating system air quality. They recommended sanitizing the duct system, sealing the ducts, and making sure the heater airflow stays clean and efficient. The pricing sounded fair, and I appreciated how they accessed the attic to handle the duct cleaning and repair work from there instead of making a mess through the vents inside the house. The whole process felt professional, informative, and focused on improving indoor air quality and heater performance. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.“

Because there were certain parts not installed and I was under warranty, it made more sense to suffer one night then have Brightwater fix the problem.
