Quick service. Honest, helpful and very friendly! 5 star company!
My AC went out on the hottest day of the year after I had a brand new unit installed a couple of weeks prior. I called Brightwater and they were here in 15 minutes to diagnose problem. Because there were certain parts not installed and I was under warranty, it made more sense to suffer one night then have Brightwater fix the problem.
Needless to say, they waived the diagnostic fee and gave me a write up to share with the people who installed the new unit.
Frankly, we wish we knew about this company sooner. High integrity and were very professional. Would highly recommend this company looking for someone they can trust with their HVAC.
Sean was a pleasure to work with! He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and went right to work all while walking me through the process. I can tell he is very passionate about his work. I would recommend Brightwater Heating & Air to anyone with any issues with their A/C unit.
