Our A/C went out last night and we called Big Wave Heat & A/C this morning and they were able to come out today and diagnose the problem. Jake, our technician, was awesome!! He arrived on time, was extremely personable, explained everything once he diagnosed the problem, and walked through different repair options for our 11 year old A/C unit. We liked how honest he was and the pictures he took of the tests he ran and the different components of our A/C unit was a huge plus because not only did he explain everything, he was able to show us. Wonderful service and transparency!
I really appreciate the honestly and efficiency of Big Wave as I typically get taken advantage of (i.e. cost or less service) by contractors because I don't have a man standing with me when I book the service.
I experienced a similar situation with a Different Vendor during the process of installing my AC unit with Big Wave. If it hadn't been for Big Wave stepping in and speaking with that vendor, they were going to charge me double for an error the vendor made.
