My aged AC system had stopped blowing cold at the start of the latest heat wave. When another company failed to show for a repair appointment Big Wave Heating and Air came, diagnosed the problem, and got it working again.
More than that, they showed us a long-term solution that is more efficient, much quieter, and stabilizes our home’s temperature, with much better air filtration as well.
Mark, Jeff and Travis all were helpful, professional and effective. We’re very happy with our new system from Big Wave!
