Called late afternoon during hot spell because equipment was not performing. Given appointment for following afternoon, confirmed by text. Received follow up text before appointment time with name and photo of technician that would arrive shortly. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and diagnosed/corrected the problem. An understandable explanation of the cause of the problem and corrective action was given before the technician’s departure. Totally satisfied with the entire experience.
