Ray responded quickly, correctly diagnosed a drain issue that another plumber had misdiagnosed, and fixed it fast. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain a few other maintenance items I could handle myself. Great experience overall and I’d definitely recommend him.
During our bathroom renovation we discovered a number of issues with our shower drain pipe that our contractor was not willing to fix for us. We worked with Ken's plumbing, specifically Frank, to get it done and I am so glad we went with Ken's.
The price was more than fair, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. I've had a few different plumbers come out for other issues and none of them were even close to the price that Ken's offered.
