Mike arrived for my 6 month HVAC maintenance and did a great job from start to finish. I had been used to another technician before, so I was a little unsure about having someone new work on my system, but Mike quickly put me at ease. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and thorough with the full AC service. I had my outside AC unit and indoor A-coil replaced by Cypress HVAC Proz after my old system failed during a stretch of very hot weather in Cypress. From the first estimate to the full AC installation, only 6 days went by, which was impressively fast. I was very happy with the whole process. Mike and Kaleb were courteous, polite, and very knowledgeable about AC repair and heating services. Every time I had questions about the new air conditioner, airflow, or the installation process, I called or texted and got a quick answer right away. We hired a furnace repair team to move our older air handler about 20 feet to better fit our home improvement plans in Cypress. The system we inherited had been installed poorly, with bad placement and leaky, unsealed ductwork. When Kaleb came out for the estimate, it was clear he knew furnace and HVAC work very well and really cared about doing the job the right way.
