He also kept me on the service schedule in case the issue was not fixed. His recommendation worked, got the furnace back up and running, restored proper heat and airflow, and saved me the cost of an unnecessary service visit. “Can I give 10 stars to this company? My husband and I recently bought a new home a few months ago, and when we went to use the air-conditioning, it did not work. As you can imagine, as a new home owner, most all of our money was tied up in the purchase of the home and we were expecting the air-conditioning to work since it had previously passed inspection. I tried using our home warranty, but they gave me every reason under the sun not to cover it. At this point, we were so close to summer that we could not wait anymore, especially since we had a young child.
