And the owner himself came over after the installation to make sure everything was working properly and to make sure we didn't have any questions. I was having a little trouble connecting our new Nest thermostat to my phone app and the owner contacted Nest customer support for me and stayed until it was all set up. I was very impressed!“

“I’ve used Crandall’s for a variety of plumbing services including a whole home re-pipe and tankless water heater install and have been very happy with the results.They added HVAC services in the last few years and I decided to use them for a furnace issue (the fan motor would not turn off the first time we used our heater this season). Rafael was the service technician and he couldn’t have been more professional, knowledgeable or helpful. He ran a full diagnosis and ultimately concluded that there were no repairs needed or any safety issues that existed (and the motor issue self corrected, of course!). Surprisingly, there was no charge for the service call. Great experience with Crandall’s HVAC service and I will use them for any future needs.“

Although we ran into some unexpected repairs with our very old system, Luis was extremely helpful in taking the time explain to us how the system worked and understand how our unit worked and what parts could break and how. He was very courteous, patient, and clean on the visits to our home.Milan helped us as well, providing excellent customer support and walking us through part costs and problem solving techniques so we could feel confident in the decision to go with Advantage Air for repairs.Overall, the company performed an excellent service and got our unit up and running smoothly. “My heater stopped working and called Tony on a Sunday. He answered the phone (amazing in an of itself) and came on Monday morning (called to say he was on his way - great customer service). He poked around until he found the issue, and fixed the problem - at an amazing cost (don't want to disclose amounts here).I highly recommend Tony for his professionalism and problem-solving. “We found Joseph through Google and we've used him twice. He resolved a serious problem where our sump pump had stopped working causing water to collect and spread to multiple rooms in the house. He also blew out debris from the pipes to enable the sump pump to work properly. On time, stays until the job is done, and is just a phone call away. He returns your calls promptly and is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about his work. We will definitely use him again if the need arises.“

“Very pleased with the response time and professionalism of Selina answering calls and setting appointments, and with the expertise and high quality work of Steve. Two years ago, Steve replaced our outdoor fan motor and high voltage absorption capacitor, prolonging the life of our ac unit until this week. Our 17-year-old ac unit stopped working on Monday, Steve came out Tuesday and gave us estimates within the hour of replacing our unit (the compressor was broken), and today (Saturday) our new unit is being set up! Considering it's the middle of summer, I'm super grateful that things moved so smoothly.I thank Steve for his great communication and hard work in the heat all day Saturday! He didn't leave until almost 8 p.m. because he wanted to make sure our a/c was running smoothly. Then he came Sunday to make a few adjustments to the new central heat system. I appreciate it!“

“We knew we had to replace our 23 year old A/C unit but kept putting it off. We finally knew we needed to replace it since the Freon used wasn't being made anymore and it was costly to repair every summer. My friend who I trusted referred us to Bill and his team. They were great - so easy to work with. We had our whole unit and ducts replaced - it was a full week project. The crew was very nice and respectful and came every morning at 8 or 9am and finished around 5pm everyday. They started Monday morning and finished on Friday afternoon as promised. Our a/c ran great this past summer with no issues at all!I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! We also purchased the annual maintenance plan for peace of mind - they will come tune up our system after 1 year.“
