Nobody wants to have to replace their HVAC system, but at some point you must and after interviewing 3 local companies, we chose Hex for our full AC and furnace replacement. From day one through the entire process, Landon and his team were fantastic to work with. They were punctual, detail-oriented, thorough, neat and incredibly respectful. They were very responsive in all our communication and got the whole project done in less than 2 days. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Hex.
Amazing customer service ! Stayed in constant communication and kept me updated through text. Their technician Landon Charles is the absolute best!!!!!! He gave great recommendations and told us exactly what was wrong with our AC. He offered different solutions all of which were reasonably priced. I would recommended him and the company 10/10!!!!!!
Ryan and Sandra were incredible helpful, so friendly and thorough. Could not recommend enough. They’re not pushing extra things on you, just what you need and leaving it to you. A+
