Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air
“I hired them for an urgent air-conditioning repair or what I thought was gonna be a simple repair but turned out I needed a whole new system. My coil was frozen and blah blah Other technical stuff. Luis, who was my technician was very knowledgeable about my options and thoroughly explained them to me. This was a unit for my client which required back-and-forth approval from her, which was very time-consuming. Luis was nothing but patient and sweet throughout the whole waiting game. When we finally got the approval, of course during this heat wave, we wanted it done as soon as possible because she has tenants moving in tomorrow, he worked his magic and found another technician who was able and willing to get the job done the very next day and a big job at that! Not only is he kind but he’s prompt, communicative, laughs at all my jokes haha, and trustworthy. I will recommend you to all my clients! Thanks for being you Luis!”
