Technician’s have all been friendly, courteous & professional. Always arrive with scheduled time window. The only thing I don’t like ☹is the 2x a year fee for maintenance

Greenwood did a great job on my AC maintenance. The technician was very polite and thorough, and he explained everything along the way so I always knew what he was doing and why. Really appreciated the clear communication and the care he took. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing AC work.

Just had a routine maintenance for my 2 wall AC/Heating units. The service tech was awesome! So courteous and very respectful of my property. Explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood it all. Also reset both remote controls to what I had them set at. Wiped down all units inside, as well as those units outside. Best service I’ve ever had! Congratulations to whoever hired this person.
